Each tasting session, which requires advance reservations, is designed for a small group of up to 18 guests. In about an hour, you will indulge in a carefully curated selection of Italy’s finest wines and delicacies. Expect to savor a range of DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) products, from rich cheeses like Gorgonzola DOP to flavorful cured meats like Parma Ham DOP and Mortadella Bolognese DOP.
The seasonal menu features an array of authentic Italian ingredients such as Taggiasca olives, Parmigiano Reggiano, Lardo di Colonna DOP, and Tuscan bread “Sciocco” PDO.
