Pompeii & Naples tour takes you on a discovery of Naples and the Ancient city of Pompeii. After you are picked up in the morning, you will spend the day surrounded by nature and culture until we arrive to city of Naples where we will have sightseeing tour.
Descending towards the port of Mergellina, you will leave the city and travel south toward Mount Vesuvius, to reach the town of Ercolano where we will stop for lunch.
After lunch, the tour continues to the hauntingly beautiful ruins of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you’ll step back in time to 79 A.D., when the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius covered this once-prosperous Roman city in layers of ash and pumice.
Walk along the ancient streets of Pompeii, marveling at remarkably preserved villas, temples, and public baths, each telling stories of a vibrant civilization frozen in time.
